Posh House Studios in the Limelight

1. Booking Deposit ($300):

• Required to secure your reservation.

• Non-refundable.

• Applied toward the total cost of your booking.

2. Damage Deposit ($250):

• Required for all bookings.

• Must be paid on the day of the event via money order, cashier’s check, or cash.

• Fully refundable unless damages occur.

• Returned the following weekday after the event, minus any deductions for damages.

Posh House Studios offers two spacious, open-concept rooms connected by elegant sliding double doors. These versatile spaces can be used separately or combined for a larger event setting. Studio A comfortably seats approximately 50 guests, while Studio B accommodates around 70 guests, allowing for a total seating capacity of 120 guests when both spaces are used together.

Posh House Studios does not have a full kitchen area. However, we provide a small kitchenette equipped with a microwave and mini fridge for your convenience.

Yes! Posh house studios allows you to cater your own events. 

We typically allow between 6 to 8 hours, depending on the nature of your event. Additional time may be granted at our discretion or for an additional fee.
